Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with NativePen.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to all text you submit and every request you make through the NativePen app, website or API. We may refuse requests or suspend accounts that break it.

You may not use the Service to

  1. Illegal content: create, process or distribute content that is illegal, or plan or promote illegal activity.
  2. Child sexual abuse material: create or process any sexual content involving minors. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
  3. Intellectual property infringement: infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of others, including submitting material you do not have the right to use.
  4. Harassment and hate: harass, threaten, bully or incite violence against individuals or groups, or promote hatred based on protected characteristics.
  5. Malware and attacks: write malware, phishing kits or exploit code, or attack, probe or overload the Service or any other system.
  6. Spam and deception: produce spam, scams, impersonation or other deceptive content intended to mislead people.

You also may not

  • Try to extract, copy or reverse engineer the AI models or our systems, including through systematic querying.
  • Bypass credit limits, rate limits, character limits or security measures.
  • Share accounts, or resell or automate access to the Service, without our written permission.

Enforcement

Requests may be blocked by our systems or by the AI model providers. If you break this policy we may warn you, limit your access, or suspend or close your account. Unused credits may be forfeited when an account is suspended or closed for a violation. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities.

To report abuse, or to send a copyright (DMCA) notice, email support@nativepen.app. Include a description of the problem, any links or screenshots, and your contact details. For copyright notices, also identify the work you own and state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
